Refund Policy - the basics

Refunds & Cancellations
At Tech Titan Solutions, we are committed to client satisfaction and delivering high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work (custom software development and consulting), refunds are generally not offered once a project has begun or services have been rendered.

However, if a project is canceled in writing before any development or significant time investment has occurred, a partial refund may be issued based on the unbilled portion of work.

All refund requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of the initial payment. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
